Fertilization & Weed Control: Our program is designed to strengthen the lawn's root system and enhance its color, as well as to prepare it for dormancy during winter and a healthy start for the spring. We use non phosphate fertilizer and weed control products. Our program is designed to produce optimum results with 4 applications per season.
1st Application: Early Spring, includes pre-emergent crabgrass control and balanced fertilizer.
2nd Application: Early Summer
3rd Application: Late Summer
4th Application: Late fall, consists of spot-spray and winterized fertilizer.

Core Aeration: Aerating is one of the most important things you can do for your lawn; it helps control the development of thatch by increasing the activity of the soil microorganisms responsible for decomposing thatch layer. Thatch is a layer of organic matter that develops between the soil surface and the green grass leaves.
